We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because many of our products are custom-made or printed to order, our returns policy differs depending on the product purchased.

Merchandise

Merchandise is manufactured by Merch Box using print-on-demand production.

Returns or replacements are accepted only where: the incorrect item was supplied; the item arrives damaged; the product has a manufacturing defect; or the item differs materially from what was ordered.

Returns are generally not accepted for: incorrect sizing selected by the customer; change of mind; colour variations resulting from different screen displays; or normal wear and tear.

Customers should notify us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide photographs where applicable.

Fine Art & Photography Prints

Every print is produced specifically for your order.

Because of this, we cannot accept returns for: change of mind; ordering the incorrect size; colour variations between digital screens and printed products; or personal preference.

However, we will gladly replace or refund prints that: arrive damaged; contain printing defects; have been incorrectly produced; or differ materially from the product ordered.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Please include: your order number; photographs of the product; photographs of the packaging; and a description of the issue.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

As products are printed to order, we generally do not offer exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

Consumer Rights
